Make your skill moves automatic.
Short, science-based drills with live controller feedback. Warm up before a match, learn every move, see yourself improve.
Train smarter. Play sharper.
Plug in your controller and open the app. Rensulab reads every input, tells you exactly what went wrong – wrong direction, modifier not held, too slow – and adapts the training to you.
Warm up
A three-minute pre-match routine: reaction primer, your match moves, finish on a high.
Learn
Step-by-step input guides and animated demos for every move – the guide fades as you get it.
Train
Adaptive sessions keep you at about 80 % success, mixing moves so they stick.

Ten minutes a week for a sharper squad.
Players train on their own setup, in short sessions. You see who trained, which moves are automatic and where the squad has gaps – without collecting raw controller data.
Get a Team licence- Activate & invite
Activate the Team licence and share the invite code with your players. - Baseline test
Everyone takes the same skill test so you know where the squad starts. - Assign a programme
Six-week pre-season, then a weekly match-week routine. - Train & warm up
Three or four 10-minute sessions a week, plus the warm-up before every match. - Review & retest
Weekly check-in on the dashboard, retest every 4–6 weeks.
Run controlled skill-acquisition studies
Standardised tasks, randomised conditions (practice schedule, feedback, variability), pre/post/retention phases and trial-level data with inter-input timing – on ordinary lab PCs with a controller.
Request accessHelp research on how people learn
Players can opt in to donate anonymous training data to approved studies by universities. Read the information, give consent, and withdraw at any time – your donated data is then deleted.

Sequences become chunks
Skill moves are input sequences; with practice they merge into one fluent action. Rensulab measures the timing between your inputs to find where it still breaks.
Mix, space and fade
Learn new moves in blocks, then interleave them, spread practice over days, and let feedback fade so you rely on your own feel.
Right level of challenge
Adaptive selection keeps you near 80 % success – stretched, not overwhelmed – and tests without feedback show what really stuck.
Developed with the eSportslab at the University of Twente. The full reference list (46 Scopus-indexed studies) is inside the app under “The science”.
FAQ
Do I need to install anything?
No. Rensulab runs in Chrome or Edge on Windows, macOS or Linux. Connect a PlayStation or Xbox controller by USB or Bluetooth and press a button.
Does it work inside EA SPORTS FC?
No – Rensulab is a separate trainer that reads your controller directly. It never connects to or modifies the game, so it is safe to use alongside it.
Where is my data stored?
Your training data stays on your own device. If you join a team, only summaries (mastery per move, session counts) are shared with your coach. Citizen science is always opt-in. See the privacy statement.
Are the inputs correct for FC 27?
EA has not published an official FC 27 list. Rensulab follows the in-game Skill Moves menu; the few moves where sources disagree are marked “verify in-game”.
